The PowerSystems Coaching Team has come together from the awareness of the multiple needs of the clients we coach. In order to provide the broadest range of coaching skills, each of us is a generalist with mastery in offering the basics and each of us has our favorite areas of advanced coaching skill. Each coach has a style that involves their own life experience, personality and so forth. We take the time to help you choose the coach that would be best for you. Our collaborative approach allows each coach the opportunity to tap into the resources and experience of the entire team, providing a broader perspective to address challenges during your coaching experience. All collaboration is kept highly confidential.
Our coaches are extraordinary people who are intelligent, compassionate and are energized by the prospect of assisting another human being to reach their full potential. Each coach is respected and honored for his/her contribution to the team as a whole. We promote an environment of openness, caring, support and collaborative teamwork.
Our most common service is offering ADD / ADHD coaching services to people who desire to change and better their lives, understand their condition and develop personally. PowerSystems has provided over 7000 hours of one-on-one ADD / ADHD coaching.
Our coaches have varying levels of experience, from "Uber" coach – Senior Certified AD/HD Coach to Expert Coach, Standard Coach and including those engaged in our AD/HD Coaching Internship Program. Our interns are not people who have just graduated from high school... they are mature individuals who have solid educational experiences as well as life experience that promotes their ability to offer quality coaching. They have all had general coach training as well as AD/HD Coach training as PowerSystems Interns.
Coaching is more than just a job to us. Our passion comes from the changes we have experienced in our own lives, and from watching our clients thrive as they regain control and direction in theirs
