Mary Kay enjoys time with her two boys and Maltese dog. They keep busy with the boy's sports (basketball, soccer, football and baseball) and enjoying their family time together.
We continue to build a team of the very best trained and effective coaches and Mary Kay is a shining example of that mission. She joined our team of professionals in 2007. Mary Kay is energetic, passionate and a dynamic professional coach who helps her clients achieve their personal and professional goals using the PowerSystems process.
A seasoned professional, she brings over 15 years of business experience with General Electric, Prudential, General Motors, and Peck Training where she held a variety of general management and operational roles. As part of her management roles, she has facilitated high-level meetings, delivered process improvement training, and achieved awards for sales and marketing adding significant bottom line results.
Mary Kay holds a certification in Executive Coaching from The University of Texas. She is certified with the International Coach Federation at the ACC level. Mary Kay also holds a Masters Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Indicator.
Mary Kay is an active volunteer in her children's school, her local community and her church. Her natural love of people, enthusiasm, compassion and results orientation enable her to effectively work with her clients to achieve their individual coaching goals.
